摘　　要：为了培养实践能力强、综合素质高、具科学探索能力的创新型人才,遵循"先进性、开放性、共享性"的建设原则,开展生物类专业实验室建设。通过实验教学资源整合、实验教学改革、科学管理机制建设等措施,实现了实验室开放共享、优化配置与规模建设,完善了实验教学管理体系,促进了学生实践与创新能力的提高。In order to cultivate creative talents with high practical and innovative ability, the specialized laboratory of biology was constructed based on the fundamental principles of advance, opening-up and sharing. Through the following measures of the experimental resources integration, experimental teaching reformation and scientific management mechanism construction, the opening-up and sharing of specialized laboratory, resource allocation optimization and laboratory construction scale were realized, a new experimental teaching management system was established and the students＇ practical and innovative abilities were greatly improved.
