摘　　要：我国高职教育受传统思维定势的影响,仅从急功近利主义出发,片面强调实用技术教育,忽视人文素质教育,导致学生人文素质欠缺,独立生活能力差,社会适应能力低,做人处事能力差,创新能力差.因此,高职院校加强学生人文素质教育,促进学生全面发展,是高职教育肩负的重要历史使命.China＇ s higher vocational education is influenced by the tendercy of traditional thought. It only proceeds from eager for quick success, only puts undue emphasis on practical and technical education, and ignores humanistic quality-oriented education, which results in the short of students＇ humanistic quality, bad independent viability, low society adaptiveness, the bad ability of getting along with people. Therefore, it is an important historical mission to strengthen the students humanistic quality education for all-around developmentat higher vocational college.
