摘　　要：在论述研究生教育收费的必要性和可行性的基础上,分析实施研究生教育收费度对教育公平带来的影响,并针对消极影响提出解决的对策。This article first elaborates the necessity and the feasibility of postgraduate education charge. Then, it analyzes the effect of implementing the postgraduate educational charge system on fairness of education. Finally, it puts forward the countermeasures to deal with the negative effect.
