摘　　要：测定了对虾不同部位重要化学成份，发现头胸部游离氨基酸和微量元素含量也较高，提示应重视对虾头壳的药理和综合利用的研究。In this paper the contents of free amino acid and some important trace element in different parts of Penaeus orientalis Kishmouge are tested.It is discovered that there are the highest contents of these two significant compostitons in the head and breast parts of the orgnism.The result of this study reveals that researchers in this field should pay attention to the study of clinical,pharmacological and comprehensive ultilization of the head and breast parts of Penaeus Orientalis Kishmouge.
