摘　　要：论述了图书馆职业资格认证对促进图书馆员继续教育创新的作用,提出了按照图书馆职业认证取向实现继续教育创新的途径。This paper discusses the functions of the library＇ s professional certification on promoting the innovation of the librarians＇ continuous education, and puts forward the paths for realizing the innovation of the continuous education according to the orientation of professional certification.
