摘　　要：本文在分析人才培养模式内涵和研究性大学本科人才培养特征的基础上,以四川大学为例,探讨在高等教育大众化阶段,研究型大学如何坚持精英人才培养目标、培养内容和培养方式从而形成新的人才培养模式。Based on an analysis of the connotation of the mode of training qualified students and some typical characteristics of the mode of training qualified undergraduates in a research-oriented university, this paper probes into the maner of how to develop a new mode of training qualified undergraduates by adhering to the training objectives, the training items and the training forms for the education of elites at the popularization stage of higher education in a research-oriented university by taking Sichuan University as an example.
