摘　　要：全国硕士研究生统一入学考试是目前选拔硕士生生源的主要方式,入学考试成绩是衡量生源质量的主要标准。本文就入学考试成绩与培养质量最主要的衡量指标学位论文的成绩之间相关性作了研究,分析了原因,并提出了切实可行的对策措施,具有一定的现实意义。National entrance examination for graduate is at present a main way to choose Master degree candidate＇ s source, and the marks of the examination are main standards of weighing the quality of source of students. This article has done a research on the relevance between the entrance examination marks and the dissertation result, which is the main weighing target of cultivation quality. We have analyzed the reason, and proposed the practical and feasible countermeasure measure, which has certain practical significance.
