摘  要:本文分析了曲柄摇杆机构对称连杆曲线上能产生等曲率半径点的条件及等曲率半径的大小。作为特例,该两点曲率半径可为无穷大。通过在连杆点上后接一Ⅱ级杆组,可使从动件实现较长时间的两次停歇,或者利用等曲率半径点曲率半径为无穷大构成步进角、停歇角分别为180°的步进机构。生成了这类连杆曲线图谱。制成了相应机构综合线图。This paper analyzed the conditions which can engender a point of equal curvature radius on the curve of symmetric connecting rod of crank—rocker mechanism and the magnitude of radius of equal curvature. Regard as a special case, the radius of curvature at these two points can be infinity. By means of connecting a Ⅱstage rod group at the point of connecting rod, it is possible to make the follower realize double dwells for a period of comparetively long time or using the curvature radius to be infinity at the point of equal curvature radius to constitute a stepwise mechanism with stepwise angle and dwelling angle to be 180° respectively. Thus generated the graphic stectrum of this type of connecting rod curve and worked out the synthetic diagram of the corresponding mechanism.
