摘 要:以银杏叶为材料,研究利用MAE技术提取总黄酮的方法.以水为溶剂,以微波辐射为辅助条件,提取银杏叶总黄酮,通过与常规水浸提法进行对比,总黄酮得率提高约1.7倍,而提取时间大大缩短.并考察了固液比、微波辐射功率、微波辐射时间和水浸提时间等因素对银杏叶总黄酮得率的影响;实验确定了合理的提取工艺条件,即固液比(g:mL)为1∶30、微波功率为600 W、辐射时间为20 min、水浴浸提时间为3 h.The MAE technology has been studied for the extraction of total flavone glycosides in leaves of Ginkgo. Microwave-assisted extraction for total flavone glycosides in leaves of Ginkgo was done by using water as the solvent, and compared with water extraction method. The results showed the yield of total flavonoids was increased byl. 7 times, and times of extraction was geatly shorten. And experimental factors, such as ratio of solidto solvent (g/mL) , microwave power, irradiation time and water extraction time were investigated. The reasonable technological conditions were as followed:ratio of solidto solvent (g/mL) was 1:30, microwave power was 600 W,microwave irradiation time was 20 min,and water extraction time was 3 h.
