摘　　要：从提高综合国力,发展经济的角度出发,阐述高校科技人才与产学研相结合的意义,分析高校与产学研交互辉映,由此提出产学研结合人才的培养模式才能真正有效地实现高校科技创新人才与产业化的交流与合作。From the perspcetive of improving the comprehensive state strength and economic development,this article elaborates the significance of the talented persons in science and technology of the university combined with the industrylearning-scientific research,analyzes that university can cooperate well with the industry-learning-scientific research and promote each other.Based on said above,brings forward a cultivating pattern,that is,industry-learning-scientific research unitize talented persons,so as to implement exchange and cooperation effectively between university talented persons with innovation in science and technology and the industrialization.
