摘　　要：本文阐述了改造普通真空蒸发镀膜机为多功能镀膜机的意义,叙述了具体的改造方法,介绍了改造后的多用途镀膜机在本科生教学实验和科学工作中的应用与效果。Describes the reason why the conventional vacuum evaporation coaters should be reformed into muhifunctional ones in China and the way how to implement such a reform in detail, especially the applications of the reformed coaters in teaching and R＆D and their results.
