流媒体技术及其在医学教育中的应用

摘　　要：随着计算机技术和信息时代的到来,传统的教学模式已不能满足医学教育的发展要求,将流媒体引入医学教育是一种必然趋势。文章从流媒体技术原理、系统组成、格式、特征等方面对流媒体技术做了详细介绍,并且对基于流媒体技术的医学远程教育、网络多媒体课件、VOD（视频点播）系统、实时的手术教学等进行了探讨。：With the advent of computer technology and information age, the traditional mode of teaching cannot meet demands of the development of modern higher medical education. Therefore, employing flowed media in medical education is an inevitable trend of the development. This article makes a detailed introduction into the flowed media technology in the following aspects： theory of the flowed media, the system composition, as well as the format and features of the flowed media. It then discusses medical distance education, network multimedia courseware, the video-on-demand （VOD） system, and real-time surgery teaching based on the flowed media technology.
