摘　　要：针对目前学校对学生开放的网络课件不足之处,提出了以学生学习为中心,注重自主学习策略和环境的设计,让学生在多种情境、多种方式下理解和掌握所学知识的课件开发理念及实施方案。：In view of the present deficiencies in network-based courseware made available by colleges to students, this article puts forward the concept of developing courseware and its implementation scheme, which center on students＇own learning, emphasize independent learning strategy and the environment design. In this way students can understand and master the courseware development concept and implementation scheme for the knowledge learned in various circumstances and diversified ways.
