摘　　要：阐述了农村中小学现代远程教育成本效益问题研究的意义，介绍了国内外与远程教育成本效益问题相关的研究成果，提出了农村中小学现代远程教育成本效益问题研究的基本框架。This paper discussed the significance of research on the cost and efficiency problem in modem distance education at elementary and secondary schools in rural areas, and reviewed the related research conducted home and abroad. Then it put forward a basic framework of research on the cost and efficiency problem in modem distance education at elementary and secondary schools in rural areas.
