摘 要:目的研究体内外啤酒对血清酶活性的影响。方法利用17名健康志愿者,观察口服啤酒(4 ml/kg)前后不同时间血液中酒精浓度及丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、淀粉酶(AMY)、脂肪酶(LIPA)活性的变化,同时在体外加入血清中与体内浓度相近的啤酒,以观察啤酒对酶活性的直接影响。结果啤酒在体内可使血清AST活性由(25.08±3.52)U/L降至(23.00±3.78)U/L,使血清ALP活性由(220.67±26.17)U/L升至(237.73±24.05)U/L。其余酶活性均有不同程度的升高。等浓度啤酒在体外对所有酶活性均有一定程度的抑制作用。结论体内外啤酒对血清酶活性均有一定的影响(P<0.01),在常规血清酶学检测中,应注意和避免饮用啤酒对检测结果的干扰。Objective : To investigate the effects of beer on serum enzymes in vivo and vitro. Methods : Serum alcohol and ALT, AST, GGT, ALP, CK, LDH, AMY, LIPA measured before and after beer consuming ( 4ml/kg ) in 17volunteers. Meanwhile, the direct inhibitory effects of beer on the serum enzymes were studied by comparing the serum enzyme activities with or without beer. Results : Alcohol consuming could depress the serum AST activity from (25.08 ±3.52 ) U/L to ( 23.00±3.78 ) U/L and ALP activities from (220.67±26.17 ) U/L to (237.73±24.05 ) U/L. whereas increase the other serum enzyme activities. The inhibitory effects of beer on all the measured enzymes were found in vitro studies. Conclusions : Beer could obvious influence the serum enzyme activities both in vivo and vitro. So avoiding the influence of serum enzyme activities after drinking beer is necessary.
