摘  要:乳酸不经转化直接进样,以正丁醇为内标,在10%PEG-20M(3m×3mm)填充柱上分离,氢火焰离子化检测器测定,建立了气相色谱法直接测定发酵法乳酸产品中乳酸的方法。该方法的线性相关系数达0,9994,相对标准偏差为0.44%,平均回收率为97.80%,检出限为5.62×10^(-3)mg/mL。方法简便,快速,准确。A method to determine lactic acid concentration by gas chromatography was set up without being transformed into other compound. The lactic acid sample was separated with 10% PEG--20M packed column (3m× 3mm) and was detected with FID detector. (n-)hutanol was used as an internal standard. The linear correlative coefficient was 0. 999 4, RSD was 0.44%, the recovery was 97.8% and the detection limit was 5.62×10^-3mg/mL. This method was convenient, rapid and accurate.
