摘  要:从青岛近海分离鉴定出1株鳆发光杆菌(Photobacterium leiognathi)YL,发光性质及其发光规律曲线的测定表明,鳆发光杆菌发光规律稳定,持续发光时间长,发光强度大。各种抗生素的抑菌圈试验得出,鳆发光杆菌YL对氨零素最敏感。在浓度0~1.0μg/L,氯霉素的浓度与鳆发光杆菌的抑制发光率有良好的线性关系。采用乙酸乙酯提取氯霉素的方法可以有效降低它族抗生素的干扰。褐牙鲆加标回收试验中,鳆发光杆菌检测氯霉素残留的方法检出限为0.14μg/kg。A luminescent bacteria strain, which belonged to Photobacterium leiognathi, was isolated from the Qingdao offshore. The luminescent intensity varied with time. The luminescence intensity of YL (P. leiognathi) was stable and lasted over 10hrs. Effects of culture time on the luminescence and growth of Photobacterium leiognathi was first reported in China. Antibiotics sensitive tests showed that YL was most sensitive to chloramphenicol. When the concentration of chloramphenicol ranged from 0-1.0μg/L, its concentration had a good line relationship to the inhibition rate. The extraction of chloramphenicol with ethyl acetate reduced the interference of other antibiotics efficiently. The detection limit for muscle tissue analysis was 0. 14μg/kg.
