摘　　要：20世纪20年代苏联成人教育的巨大工程、对成人劳动者终身学习的半强制性的要求、类似义务补偿教育的体制和对劳动者素质要求的提高,在当时取得了巨大的成效,被视为20世纪启蒙计划的光辉典范。但自从前苏联解体后,此模式已不再适合目前市场经济新形势的要求,当局不得不对整个苏维埃教育系统进行重建。变革后的俄罗斯成人教育更趋同于西欧同行。Since 1920s, the huge project of adult education in Soviet Union, part-compulsory lifelong learning demand for adult labourers, the system similar to compulsory compensation education and enhanced demand for the quality of labourers have achieved great effect, which is regarded as apotheosis of enlightening project in 20th century, but after the disaggregation of Soviet Union, the model were not suitable for the development demand of market economy anymore, the government had to reconstruct whole education system, and the Russian adult education after reform are more similar to west Europe.
