摘 要:[目的]筛选出适于香石竹切花的STS保鲜浓度。[方法]先用10%的蔗糖溶液脉冲处理24 h,再用不同浓度STS处理香石竹花材,研究STS对切花瓶插的保鲜效果。[结果]0.4 mmol/L STS处理的寿命最长为31.64 d,与对照差异极显著。STS浓度为0.2-0.4 mmol/L时保鲜效果最好,0.6-1.0 mmol/L时保鲜效果较好,其后随浓度增加保鲜效果降低。整个瓶插期间,花径瓶插前期急剧增大,然后缓慢增加达最大值,后期明显下降。与对照相比,各处理最大花径和最后花径均高于对照,后期花径减小速度和减少量均低于对照。最佳观赏期为试验开始的第10-18天。[结论]STS可延长切花瓶插寿命,增大花径,增加花色。0.4 mmol/L的STS对延长瓶插寿命效果最好。The purpose was to screen out the suitable STS concentration for fresh-keeping of cut flower of Carnation.[Method] The fresh-keeping effect of STS on the vase cut flower was studied by firstly doing the pulse treatment on the flower materials of carnation with 10% sucrose solution for 24 h,and then treating them with different concentrations of STS.[Result] The vase life of the cut flower treated with 0.4 mmol/L STS was longest,being 31.64 d,extremely significantly different from that of CK.The fresh-keeping effect of STS with concentration of 0.2~0.4 mmol/L was best,that of STS with concentration of 0.6~1.0 mmol/L was better,and then the fresh-keeping effect decreased along with the increment of the concentration.In the whole vase period,the flower diameter sharply increased in the early vase stage,and then slowly increased to the maximum value,decreased obviously in the late stage.Compared with CK,both the maximum flower diameter and the final flower diameter of each treatment were higher than that of CK,both the reducing speed and amount of flower diameter in the late stage were lower than that of CK.The best ornamental period was from the 10th to the 18th day after beginning the experiment.[Conclusion] STS can prolong the vase life of cut flower,increase flower diameter and flower color.0.4 mmol/L STS had best effect on prolonging the vase life of cut flower.
