摘　　要：分析了食品质量安全存在的问题,提出了一种应用RFID技术和检测技术的质量评价系统方案,分析了系统的流程,对系统的构成、设计、实现及其特点作了说明,为食品市场准入机制提供了一种参考。In the article the problem existing in food safety and devised a quality evaluate system was analyzed based on RFID and checking technology,the design,realization and the characteristic of the system were explained and a kind of reference for the entry to the food market was provided.
