摘  要:通过超声波提取,用薄层色谱(TLC)法定性和高效液相色谱(HPLC)定量来测定天然冬虫夏草、蛹虫草子实体及其液体培养菌丝体中腺苷及其含量。TLC分析显示三种样品均含腺苷,HPLC测得腺苷含量分别为48.17±0.61μg/g,(130.23±0.62)μg/g,(437.67±2.40)μg/g.HPLC结果表明:蛹虫草子实体及培养菌丝体中腺苷含量明显高于冬虫夏草。本文的TLC与HPLC比以往采用的同类方法具有分离速度快、样品处理较简单的特点,可作为虫草类产品的质量控制指标。Adenosines were extracted from eordyceps sinensis, fruiting body and mycelium of eordyceps militaris through the ultrasonic-wave and the concentrations were measured. TLC results showed that all of the samples contained adenosine. High performance liquid ehrornatography (HPLC) results showed the adenosine contents were 48.17 ± 0. 61,130. 23 ± 0. 62, 437. 67± 2.40μg/g in Cordyeeps sinensis, fruiting body and mycelium of Cordyeeps militaris respectively. The adenosine contents in the latter 2 were higher than that in eordyeeps sinensis significantly. Both analytical procedures have separated samples faster and more simply and are suitable for the identification and quality control of Cordyeeps.
