摘　　要：地方高校举办的高等职业教育是我国高等职业教育的重要组成部分,在它的发展过程中还存在诸多问题。地方高校高职教育必须明晰人才培养质量规格,坚持"以就业为导向"的办学方针;加强教学改革工作,形成立体教学模式;合理设置专业,建立科学的课程体系;加强职教科研工作,服务于职教事业的发展。The higher vocational education provided by the local universities is considered as an important part of China＇s higher vocational education. However, many problems exist in its developing process. In order to tackle problems existing in the vocational education of the local universities, this paper argues for the necessity of clarifying the quality standard of talents training, adhering to the ＂employment-oriented＂ educational principle, strengthening the work of teaching reform, establishing a multidimensional teaching pattern, providing a sound curriculum program and a scientific course system and putting more efforts into the related research aiming to serve the vocational education.
