摘　　要：大学毕业生从校园走向社会,存在着诸多方面的不适应现象,主要原因是现行教育制度导致学生的人格不健全以及毕业生缺乏创业精神,知识结构不合理。大学语文教学对大学生良好的人际关系、基本技能、承受挫折的能力与团队精神的培育有重要影响。The main reasons for social maladjustment of the fresh college graduates lie in the graduates＇unhealthy character, lack of enterprising spirit and unfavorable knowledge structure resulting from the existing educational system. This paper argues that the teaching of college Chinese will exert a significant influence on the cultivation of the students＇good personal relationship, basic skills, capability of bearing frustrations and spirit of teamwork.
