摘　　要：农村宅基地使用权流转问题是我国土地管理中的热点和难点。笔者以农村宅基地为研究对象,对宅基地使用权流转进行了探讨。文章阐述了农村宅基地使用权流转现状和存在的问题,并分析其产生问题的原因,最后提出了完善宅基地使用权流转的一些建议,以期宅基地流转逐渐走向制度化、规范化和法制化。The transfer of the rural housing land usufruct remains a hot topic for years in the field of land management in China partly because of the complexity and difficulties. This paper summarizes the current situation about it, discusses the problems arising from it, analyzes the causes for it, and finally puts forward some suggestions and measures to perfect it, in an attempt to make it go on a track of institutionalization, standardization and legalization.
