摘　　要：本文提出一种非常规四边形板元(QUUNC元).这种新单元的刚度矩阵采用作者所提出的新列式方法来构造.因此,与已有四边形板元相比,QUUNC元的结构更简单,计算量更少和编程更容易.A quadrilateral unconventional plate element （QUUNC element） is presented in this pa- per. The stiffness matrix of this new element is constructed with the new formation method presented by authors. Therefore, compared with existing quadrilateral plate elements, QU- UNC element has simpler structure, less computing time and more easily programming.
