摘 要:利用自制的纳米抗菌SiOx颗粒制备了PVC/季铵盐(Q)-SiOx纳米抗菌复合材料,研究了材料的抗菌效果、力学性能及抗菌长效性。结果表明,Q-SiOx质量分数为1%的材料抗菌率达到90%左右,抗菌率高于相同含量的锌系抗菌材料;与未添加Q-SiOx的材料相比,其拉伸强度和冲击强度分别提高了66.3%和124.1%,且均优于同条件下制备的金属离子型抗菌材料;放置一年并加速老化后的材料基本保持了原有的抗菌性能。The antibacterial PVC/Q - SiOx nanocomposites were prepared by the addition of self-made nanometer Q - SiOx. The antibacterial properties, mechanical properties and antibacterial permanence of the materials were studied. The results showed that the efficiency of antibacterial of PVC ( 1% Q -SiOx ) was about 90% ,better than that of PVC ( 1% Zn). The composites had higher ten- sile strength and impact strength than that of PVC in 66.3% and 124.1% respectively, and also better than that of antibacterial materials with metal ion. Treated by one year' s placement on natural conditions and accelerated aging test, it showed that the composites had good baetericidal permanence.
