摘 要:为了降低发动机油底壳辐射噪声,提出了由形貌优化到降低噪声的解决方案.根据薄壁结构振动噪声的形貌优化以提高某阶模态频率为优化目标的特点,介绍了根据噪声分析结果和有限元流固耦合模态分析结果来确定优化目标的方法.并结合油底壳的振动噪声分析方法来预测原油底壳和优化后油底壳辐射噪声值.结果表明,优化后油底壳辐射噪声得到了大幅度降低.在形貌优化方法用于油底壳的低噪声设计中,减少了重复设计验证的次数,可以大幅度缩短产品设计周期.A topography optimization approach was proposed to reduce the radiated noise of engine oil pan. As increasing one mode frequency was the exclusive optimization objective for topography optimization, a method of deciding the optimization objective based on results of acoustic simulation and FEM prediction was presented. Comparison of the predicted noise of the original oil pan and the optimized design showed that the noise radiated from the optimized oil pan was dramatically reduced. Topography optimization used in the low noise design can decrease the repetitions of design and validation, thus shorter the design cycle.
