摘　　要：高职教育的培养目标、严峻的就业形势要求高职院校更加重视实践教学。针对目前高职实践教学环节普遍存在的问题,提出要从完善实践教学管理和加强实践指导师资队伍建设两个主要方面加以解决。The teaching objectives of vocational education determine the inherent meaning of practice teaching. Besides, the current severe employment situation urged the vocational college to pay more attention to this issue. This paper analyzes the current situation of practice teaching faculty and management in the voca. tional college, and proposes the solutions to the improvement of practice teaching, management, and building of faculty for practice teaching in the vocational college.
