摘 要:自1996年我国正式批准试办教育硕士专业学位以来,教育管理方向的教育硕士专业学位研究生教育发展迅速,但发展过程中也存在一些问题,本文从培养目标、招生考试、课程设置、论文写作、师资配置等方面对这些问题进行了梳理,并提出了相应的改进建议。Since the Master of Education Degree (EDM) was established in China in 1996, the population of students pursuing this degree in Education Administration Programs (EAD) has been increasingly growing. There are, however, some problems occurred in this rapid development process in such aspects as goal setting, entrance examination, coursework, dissertation, faculty, etc. After clarifying these problems, the essay gives some constructive suggestions on how to improve the programs.
