摘　　要：普通话水平测试是一种目标参照性的考试。对接近目标语的语音偏误进行评定应该有一个近于绝对值的参照点。"等"的划分主要通过失分的"量"来确定,"级"的界定则是"质"的定性评判。测试时应抓住中介语各阶段语音、语汇、语用层面的特殊现象,按照不同方言向目标语过渡时的实际差异进行客观评分。Putonghua proficiency test is an examination according to the goal. Assessment on the voice errors closing to the target language should have a point of reference which is near to the absolute value. ＂Classification＂ is distinguished by a certain loss for the ＂quantity＂, and ＂Rank＂ is the definition of ＂Quality＂ qualitative judgment..Testing should seize the average stage＇ s special phenomenon of the intermediate language＇ s stage voice, vocab.ulary, the using＇language level. According to the actual differences on different Chinese dialects to the target language＇ s transition, the objective score can be gained.
