摘  要:本文通过分析高职高专的教学现状以及生源因素,结合作者自己的实践经验总结,提出将分组责任制和竞争制有效的引入到高职高专教学中来。分组责任制将学生分成若干个小团队,并将个人目标与团队目标有效结合,再通过竞争制的实施,形成良性的团队之间的竞争。通过两者的相辅相成,能够有效的改善学生的学习态度,激发他们的互助合作行为,从而更好地有效地实现高职高专的教学目的。In this paper,we introduce a new system in college teaching, which called the system of grouping responsibility and competition, by analyzing the status quo of college teaching and my experience of teaching. The systern of grouping responsibility divides students into several teams, combining individual goal with team goal ett ectively. The competition system is executed simultaneously for making instructive competition between teams. The system can improve students' s attitude of study, inspire students' s cooperative act, and achieve college' s education goal more effectively.
