摘  要:目的了解1992年与2002年广西城镇居民膳食结构的变化。方法将10间年广西区营养调查数据中的膳食营养素摄入状况及变化趋势进行统计分析,并与全国同期水平比较。结果与1992年比较,2002年我区城镇居民各主要食物的摄入量有了较大的变化.主要优良食物如薯类、其它谷类、蔬菜、水果、奶类的摄入明显提高,而盐及酱类下降趋势明显。畜肉类摄入量增加而虾类摄入量明显减少,但于均高于全国水平。三大营养素摄入增加,维生素基本达到适宜标准,视黄醇当量和核黄素偏低,钙摄入缺乏最为显著。结论广西城镇居民膳食构成较10年前明显进步,但情况不容乐观,钙缺乏仍是广西城镇居民最显著的营养问题。Objective To understand the changes of dietary pattern of Guangxi urban residents from 1992 to 2002, Methods To analyze the status and trends of dietary nutrients intake from the cruising data about nutrition of Guangxi autonomous regions in 2002 and compare to nationwide synchronous level. Results The intakes of major food of the urban residents of Guangxi in 2002 had a bigger change compared with 1992, the main good food intake had improved obviously, such as potatoes, other cereals, vegetables, fruits and milk, but the downtrend of salt and jam was obvious. The intakes of meats increased but the number of shrimps decreased obviously, but higher than the average of nationwide. The intakes of three main nutriment increased, vitamins had a suitable standards, Retinol and riboflavine were lower, the deficiency of Calcium was most notablely. Conclusion The dietary pattern of Guangxi urban residents had a obvious progress compared with the number of ten years ago, but the condition is not so optimistic, the deficiency of Calcium is still the most marked problem about nutrition of Guangxi urban residents.
