摘 要:目的通过对重庆市市区中老年人群营养摄入情况及其与健康和疾病关系进行较全面调查研究,为指导该人群科学合理膳食提供客观依据。方法研究对象为1801名市区在职和部分退休公务员,其中40岁以下62名,40~60岁942名,60岁以上797名,研究指标包括问卷调查、营养体格测量、临床医疗体检、实验室生化测定等。结果(1)膳食食物构成种类较多,食物来源多样化;(2)超重/肥胖50.5%、营养不良发病率较低;(3)体重超重/肥胖者的高血压、高血脂、糖尿病、冠心病和胆结石发生率显著或非常显著,高于体重正常者,超重/肥胖和经常饮酒者脂肪肝发病率较高;(4)鸡蛋摄入、经常饮酒、鱼肉摄入等饮食因素明显影响血脂水平或诸多慢性疾病的发生。结论重庆市中老年人群的营养健康状况不容乐观,营养过剩是主要的营养问题。在人群中开展营养科普知识宣教、指导人们合理膳食,对减少营养相关性疾病的发生率具有重要作用。Objective To study the nutritional state of middle-aged and aged people in urban area of Chongqing City. Methods The objects were 1 801 civil servants on the job or some retired, the methods included questionnaire,nutritional measure, medical examination and biochemistry measure. Results (1) Food resource is diversifieation; (2)The incidence rate of overweight/ obesity is 50.5 %, and the rate of eaeotrophia is low; (3) The incidence rate of hypertension, hyperlipemia, diabetes, coronary artery disease and gallstone in the overweight/ obesity is higher than that in nomal weight, and adiposis hepatica is more in the overweight/obesity peoples (4)Dietary factors including eggs, drinking, fish can obviously lead to some diseases. Conclusion Overnutrition is the main problem in the middle-aged and aged people in urban area of Chongqing City. It is very important to guide them rational diet.
