摘  要:[目的]调查了解高校教师职业紧张的现状,为提出缓解教师紧张与焦虑的新对策提供依据。[方法]应用职业紧张量表(Mcleans’),根据工作紧张量表9方面32个问题的得分,进行职业紧张水平评价。[结果]不同专业教师均存在职业紧张,只是紧张程度不一,男教师职业紧张高于女教师(P﹤0.05),职业紧张和年龄无关。[结论]大学教师存在着明显的职业紧张。在应付能力方面尤其注意应了解自己和尊重别人。[Objective]To investigate occupational stress of teachers in college and provide new methods to relieve teachers' stress and anxiety.[Methods]Occupational stress inventory revised edition(Mclean's)was used to evaluate teachers' occupational stress according to the scores of 32 questions in 9 aspects.[Results]Teachers from different specialties had a occupational stress,but the extent of stress was different.Male teacher's scores of occupational stress were significantly higher than those of females(P﹤0.05).However,the occupational stress was not relative with age.[Conclusion]Teachers in university have a significant occupational stress.They must pay attention to knowing themselves and respecting others in coping capability especially.
