摘　　要：学校组织形象是职业院校内涵建设的重要内容,决定着职业院校的公众形象与社会声誉。职业院校组织形象的塑造必须遵循一定的原则,并从设计校园环境、改善师生的精神面貌、培育学校个性与风气等方面进行塑造。The school organization image is the public＇s impression and global appraisal on the school, which is also the overall behavior of the school. Forming organization image of vocational schools must follow some principles and focus on the aspects of campus environment designing, mental attitude improving and school individual character and atmosphere cuhivating.
