摘　　要：教育政策的政治属性已为大家所认可,在适当考虑教育政策特殊性的前提下,交易成本政治学理论也可以用来分析教育政策。本文首先对政治交易成本进行了分类,然后分析了教育政策过程中交易成本产生的原因,最后针对分析的结果提出了相应建议。The political attribute of education policy has already been approved by everyone, so that consider a premise of education policy special in the adequacy under, transaction cost politics can also use to analyze an education policy, first, this thesis classify political transaction-cost, and then analyze the reason of producing transaction-cost, lastly, the writer puts forward corresponding proposals.
