摘　　要：目的探讨核因子κB(NF-κB)、血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)-C及其受体VEGFR-3蛋白在结肠癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化方法检测76例结肠癌组织中NF-κB、VEGF-C和VEGFR-3的表达情况。结果NF-κB、VEGF-C和VEGFR-3结肠癌组织中的表达率分别为57.89%、56.58%、46.84%。NF-κB、VEGF-C、VEGFR-3在结肠癌中的表达与肿瘤分期及淋巴结转移相关;NF-κB、VEGF-C与肿瘤大小相关。结肠癌组织中,NF-κB与VEGF-C、VEGFR-3表达具有相关性。结论结肠癌中NF-κB调节下的VEGF-C、VEGFR-3高表达与肿瘤的淋巴结转移存在密切关系。[ Objective] To explore the expression of nuclear transcription factor KB （NF-kB）, vascular endothelial cell growth factor -C （VEGF-C） and VEGF receptor-3 （VEGFR-3） in colon cancer and its clinical significance. [ Methods] The expression of NF-KB, VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 and its correlation with the clinical features were determined by immunohistochemistry in 76 human colon cancer. [ Results ] The expression rates of NF-KB, VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 in colon cancer tissues were 57.89%, 56.58% ） 46.84% ） respectively. Overexpression of NF-KB, VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 in colon cancer was related to lymph node metastasis and the tumor staging （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The expression of NF-KB and VEGF-C was related to tumor size （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Expression of NF- KB in colon cancer tissues was positively,correlated with VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 expression （P 〈 0.05 ）. [ Conclusion ] The overexpression of VEGF-C and VEGFR-3, which were regulated by NF-KB, has a close relation with the lymph node metastasis in colon cancer.
