摘 要:员工集体离职问题已成为中国民营企业发展的瓶颈之一。研究发现,两个因素对民营企业员工集体离职意愿产生明显影响,一是成长机会与情感满足(包含的项目有:不关心员工、过分重视资历、培训机会少、工作无成就感);二是工作时间与回报公平(包含的项目有:工作时间长、薪酬内部不公平)。Team voluntary turnover behavior has more and more teen the critical point for the development of Chinese private businesses. Research has found there are two factors affecting employees' team voluntary turn over behavior. The first factor is developmental chance and emotional satisfaction, including not caring about employees, overemphasizing qualifications and record of service, less chances of training and no sense of achievement. The second factor is working hours and earning fairness, including long working hours and unfair payment.
