摘　　要：随着学校升本成功,我院继续教育面临着良好的发展空间,同时也面临着严峻的挑战。我院继续教育的办学模式、教学内容、教学手段有待更新和完善。本文对我院继续教育的内涵、培养目标、课程设置、教学方式等多方面的创新进行探讨和分析,提出我院继续教育的重要性。论述了在全新观念指导下开展我院继续教育的途径,主要有:制定并执行独具特色的人才培养计划;建立高效率的教学运行机制;建立继续教育科学评价体系。Along with the school development, our continuing education is facing good opportunities and serious challenges. The education model, teaching content and methods need to be updated and improved. In this paper, the authors discuss and analyze the exploration and innovation of continuing education content, objectives, curriculum, teaching methods and the importance of continuing education to IDPST. They also expound methods of promoting the continuing education, like establishing and implementing a unique training program; building an efficient teaching mechanism; and setting up a scientific evaluation system for the continuing education.
