摘  要:对传统工艺法制备的BaTiO3陶瓷进行了Cu元素的离子注入。在较宽的频率范围内和不同温度下对样品进行了阻抗测量,确定了样品的等效电路。根据阻抗谱分析了Cu注入BaTiO3多晶陶瓷的晶粒、晶界电阻与温度的关系。结果表明,选择合适的注入剂量的样品,其PTC性能优于非注入样品。Cu ions were implanted into BaTiO 3 ceramics prepared by the anventional ceramic preparation technique. Impedance measurement over a wide range of frequency had been used to distinguish between the grain and grain boundary resistance of specimens. An appropriate equivalent circuit had been proposed. The resistance, capacitance of grain and grain boundary for specimens were analysed and the dependance of resistance on temperature was discussed in terms of complex impedance plots. It's found that BaTiO 3 ceramics implanted by Cu ions at the appropriate dose were obviously superior to the unimplanted specimen.
