科学性与实效性相统一的高校德育体系之构建

摘　　要：无论从科学发展观、社会发展趋势,还是从教育学、心理学、道德发展规律的角度看,坚持主体性德育道路,构建以人为本的德育体系,都是高校德育坚持科学性与实效性相统一的必然结果。构建科学性与实效性相统一的高校德育体系,必须把以人为本的方针科学地贯彻落实到高校德育中,探索在新的历史条件下高校推行大学生主体性德育模式的可行性,揭示高校德育的发展规律,为提高高校德育体系的科学性与实效性提供可资借鉴的方法。It is the inevitable result of unifying the scientific nature and practical effectiveness to adhere to the subjective morality method and construct a human-oriented morality system no matter viewing from perspectives of Scientific Development View, the trend of the society development and sciences of pedagogy, psychology and morality development. To build such a unified system, we should carry out th.e human-oriented principles in the morality education in colleges and universities, investigate the feasibility of implementing subjective moral system and expose the law of moral education development so as to offer reference for enhancing the science nature and practical effectiveness.
