摘  要:该文对工业生产中所产生的鲜湿豆渣的综合利用现状进行了分析,概括介绍了传统干法粉碎法及现有湿法粉碎设备的若干缺点,对豆渣纤维断裂特性进行了研究,得出纤维类物料有效的粉碎方式为剪切粉碎方式,根据具体试验要求,会同企业设计制造了超高速剪切试验设备,采用超高速剪切设备对豆渣进行粉碎试验,分析不同剪切速率对粉碎效果的影响,就不同工艺对豆渣粉碎效果的影响进行了探讨。The various application currently for wet soya from industry production is analyzed in this article. Some disadvantages of the traditional pulverization for dry soya are generally introduced here. The disadvantages of the wet pulverizing equipment in existence are also mentioned. The break way of the soya fiber is studied. It is concluded that the most efficient pulverizing method for fiber material is shearing. According to the requiring of the practical experiment, the super high speed shearing experimental equipment has been designed and produced with the help of the company. Some experiments for pulverizing have been done by the super high speed shearing equipment. The pulverizing effect of soya for different shearing speeds is analyzed carefully. At last it discusses the influence to the effect of soya's pulverization by different technicses.
