摘　　要：文章介绍了四川大学华西药学院以中心实验室的实验教学建设与发展为目标、对药学创新人才培养模式和规律进行的探索和实践；介绍了实验教学、实验教学资源整合、师资队伍建设、运行管理机制建设等方面的改革所取得的初步成效。This article introduces the experiment teaching construction and development of central laboratory, explores and practices the mode and regulation of creative talent cultivation for pharmacy in West China School of Pharmacy of Central Laboratory, Sichuan University. And it also introduces the achieved results at the aspects of experiment teaching reform, the resource integration, the team construction for teachers, the management mechanism, etc.
