摘　　要：本文立足于广州电大两年制高职教育物业管理专业教学内容与课程体系改革的专业设计与实践的经验,从两年制高职教育改革的背景出发,实证分析了广州电大两年制高职教育物业管理专业教学内容与课程体系改革的动因,介绍了其主要做法及成果,同时也指出了其存在的问题及解决途径。The article analyzes the background of two-year higher vocational education reform,based on the experiences in teaching contents and curriculum system reform for the real estate management studies,two-year higher vocational education in Guangzhou Radio and TV University.And the article discusses the cause and approach underlined by such practice and the achievement brought out.Then it points out some existing problems and proposes solutions to them.
