摘  要:目的评价标准化最小分辨角对数视力表与具有8个方向视标选项的"C"形对数视力表之间的一致性与稳定性。方法对48名应届高中毕业生进行两个视力表的视力检查,按照Bland-Altman的一致性分析方法,以重测信度的95%可信区间作为一致性分析指标。结果对于标准化最小分辨角对数视力表,第2次测量中有83.3%的视力值与第1次测量相差小于0.1 LogMAR值,有98%视力值与第1次测量相差小于0.2 LogMAR值。对于"C"形对数视力表,有87.5%的视力值与第1次测量相差小于0.1 LogMAR值,有100%的第2次测量视力值与第1次测量相差小于0.2 LogMAR值。标准化最小分辨角对数视力表Bland-Altman 95%重测信度区间为±0.133 LogMAR值,"C"形对数视力表为±0.09 LogMAR值。结论本标准化最小分辨角对数视力表具有检查结果稳定、可靠的优点,可应用于眼科视力筛查和征兵、招生体检中。Objective To evaluate the reliability and concordance between the standardized logMAR visual acuity chart and "C" logarithm visual acuity chart. Methods Test and retest measurements using two versions of each chart design were obtained on the right eye of 48 high school students. Using the methods of Bland-Altman the agreement and test-retest reliability (95%) confidence limits for agreement, TRV) were compared. Results For the standardized logMAR visual acuity chart, test-retest reliability was high(83.3%) and 98% of retests within 0.1 LogMAR and 0.2 LogMAR of initial tests, respectively) and comparable to that of "C" logarithm visual acuity chart testing(87.5% and 100% of retests within 0.1 LogMAR and 0.2 LogMAR of initial tests, respectively). Based on estimates of 95% confidence intervals,a change in visual acuity of 0.15 LogMAR from baseline level is unlikely to be related to measurement variability using either of the two visual acuity testing protocol. Conclusion The standardized logMAR visual acuity chart has high test-retest reliability and good concordance with the "C" logarithm visual acuity chart, and can be used in choosing pilots,students and other personnel for special work.
