摘 要:电控液压动力转向(ECHPS)系统可克服传统液压动力转向系统助力大小不可调节的缺陷,使驾驶员在汽车高速行驶时能获得较强的路感。经过研究车速与转向助力的关系,设计了一种基于ARM微处理器的ECHPS系统控制器,可根据车速传感器提供的车速信号,利用车速与助力特性的函数关系,输出PWM占空比控制数字阀,以达到控制助力大小的目的。通过软硬件的仿真调试,实现了随着输入模拟量的变化,可迅速输出相应的PWM占空比值,满足了在不同车速下获得不同助力特性的要求。Electronically Controlled Hydraulic Power Steering (ECHPS) System which could get over the bug of assist power that is can' t be adjusted in the traditional Hydraulic Power Steering System enable the drivers to obtain stronger road sense when drive in high speed. Through studying the relationship between vehicle speeds and steering assist power,we design an ECHPS system controller based on ARM microprocessor, According to the vehicle speed signal offered by vehicle speed sensor, makes use of the function relationship between vehicle speed and assist power characteristic ,exports the quantity of PWM which manipulate the pulse-width-adjustable digital valve in order to realize the purpose of controlling the assist power. Also through simulation debugging of software and hardware, the system exports the quantity of PWI91 quickly followed the vanity of simulation which is inputted ,and meets the request of gaining the different assist power characteristic in different vehicle speed.
