摘　　要：保健橄榄茶以野生橄榄果实为主要原料,添加枸杞、菊花、玫瑰等辅料,经干燥、调配、包装等工序加工而成,其色泽美观、香味特别、口感较好、风味特殊、冲泡性好,具有较好的保健作用。This experiment was performed using wild Canarium album to study the processing technology of Canarium album health tea, adding medlar, chrysanthemum, rose and so on as supplementary materials. Canarium album was processed by drying, preparing, packaging, eet. flavour and health function of the product were better.
