摘　　要：中小企业有自己的成长规律和成长轨迹。在分析构建中小企业非财务指标信用评级必要性基础上,根据非财务评价指标体系设置的基本原则,设置出非财务信用评级的指标体系,并计算指标体系综合评价值。The SMEs have their own special growth patterns and cash flow tracks. This paper studies the necessity of constructing SMEs non - financial evaluation index system and the principle about it. At last the authors establish a non- financial evaluation index system and calculate the comprehensive value of that.
