江苏省中学体育教师继续教育现状的研究

摘　　要：本文运用文献资料法、调查访问法和数理统计法,对江苏省100名中学体育教师继续教育的现状进行了调查,分析了中学体育教师参加继续教育的动机、影响因素、培训模式、培训内容、培训经费、考核方法等。研究发现江苏省中学体育教师继续教育的动机比较明确,参加的培训形式多样,培训内容基本能够满足体育教师的需求,通过继续教育,江苏省中学体育教师的教学能力、教学效果都有了较明显的提高。Adopteing the literature study, investigation and statistics, the paper presents the investigation of the current continuing education of 100 P. E teachers in middle schools in Jiangsu province and analyses their motives, influential elements, training modes, training content, training fees and assessment methods.
