摘　　要：音译词对外语原词语音的偏离恰恰是汉语对外来词的同化过程。音译词字面上有意义并不一定就是"音兼义"。音译用字字符表音、别义的作用复杂,合理的不一定合用。The deviation of transliteral words from the sounds of the original foreign words is just the process of the Chinese assimilating the loan words. The literal meaningfulness of transliterate words is not necessarily equivalent to ＂sound and meaning in one＂. It is very complicated for the transliteration to manifest both sound and meaning, so the reasonable is not necessarily appropriate.
